RETURNS & VERIFICATION

1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery confirmation. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original containment unit.

2. DEFECTIVE UNITS

If you receive a damaged artifact, contact support immediately with photographic evidence. We will deploy a replacement unit at no cost.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

4. RESTOCKING FEE

A 10% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover dimensional transport costs.
